Sunday

Rex hadn't eaten all of his food from last night, but it was mostly gone, so I added another scoop to it this morning.  He doesn't appear to be much of a morning person, so I let him out to potty, which he did.  This afternoon was a whole 'nother story:  Rex was awesome today!  He got down on his front legs in a "Play with me!" stance, so we rolled around on the floor and played "I'm Gonna Get Your Ears."  Then we took a short walk and enjoyed the afternoon sunshine.

Molly & Kasey were playing an interesting game of tag in the backyard this morning, but when I tried to join, they just jumped all over me, so we rolled around on the grass for a little while, then we came in to eat breakfast.  Kasey took over Molly's dish when she looked away for a minute, so I put a little chicken in her bowl, too.  Molly took her meds like the good little girl she is.

Enzo & Bug.  What can I say?  People actually come to their windows to watch when they hear Enzo squealing.  I'm glad we are such a source of entertainment for the whole complex!  I have started warning people who are also out walking their dogs that Enzo will squeal if he sees their dogs, and to not be alarmed, it's just his thing.  People laugh and don't believe me, but I just tell them "OK, see for yourself."  Then their dog comes into view, and Enzo starts, and the other dog owner's jaw drops.   They usually walk away scratching their heads.

Ah, Stosh.  Such a loving dog.  He's so soft and warm, and he walks so nicely.  And he pushes me to walk a little farther each day, without dragging me down the street.  I look forward to coming to see him each and every time!  See you tomorrow evening, Stosh!
